She removed the road blocks, spoke with the inspectors and contractors on my behalf (as I didn’t know what kinds of questions to ask and I travel a lot on business), coordinated follow-up inspections, etc. Whenever I think about it, I’m taken aback by the fact that she has other clients that she must be providing the same level of service. How does she find the time? I really felt that I was Mari’s only client throughout the process.
